INGLES

📅 Paso 1: Lo que el destino nos depara (Will be)

Tiempo: 50 min.

Para esas predicciones usamos Will be.

  1. En tu cuaderno: Escribe el título "My Predictions".

    • Ejemplo: "Next year will be a good year for lemons" (El próximo año será un buen año para los limones).

📅 Paso 2: Mis metas y mis planes (Going to be)

Tiempo: 50 min.

Cuando tú ya decidiste algo y te estás esforzando por lograrlo (como estudiar para un examen), usamos Going to be.

  2. Escribe tu meta: Debajo del dibujo pon: "I am going to be a..." (Yo voy a ser un...).

📅 Paso 3: ¡A escuchar y observar!

Tiempo: 50 min.

🔗 Video: El Futuro con Will y Going to

  2. De un lado pon: "My Community" (Predicciones para Piedra Pinta usando will be).

  3. Del otro lado pon: "My Life" (Tus planes personales usando going to be).

Sé cuándo usar "will" y cuándo "going to".

  1. ¿Cómo se dice "Yo seré feliz" usando una promesa (will)?

  2. Si ya decidiste que vas a ser enfermero/a, ¿qué forma usas: will be o going to be?

  3. Cambia esta oración a negativo: "It will be hot tomorrow" (Mañana estará caluroso).

ACTIVIDAD PARA LA SEMANA  2 AL 6 DE MARZO 2026

Reading and Translation Activity: "The Legend of the Golden Harvest" (Complete)

Instructions: Read the text carefully. It contains different tenses and modes. Translate it into Spanish in your notebook.

The Secret of Grandpa Julian

In a small village, there is a tall mountain and there are beautiful green fields. My grandfather Julian is a wise farmer. He loves the land. Every morning, he wakes up early because he wants to work in the cornfield. He is happy in the country.

Last year, the weather was very dry. There was no rain for months. Grandpa was walking near the river when he found an old map. The map showed a hidden well. He needed to find water for the plants. He could see the dry leaves, and he felt sad.

Yesterday, he told me: "I am going to find the water tomorrow." Now, we are ready. We will dig a new hole near the big tree. I can help him with the heavy tools. We must protect the environment because the earth gives us food. In the future, there will be a big harvest. Our family is going to be very proud!

However, there are some problems in our river. Some people used to throw trash in the water, and now the fish are sick. While we were cleaning the field, we saw plastic bottles everywhere. We like to have a clean community, but we need to work together. If we don't stop the pollution, there is no future for the farm.

Grandpa says that we must be leaders. We will talk with the neighbors about the trash. I want to learn more about nature because I can change the world. There is hope in our hearts. Next week, we are going to plant new trees. The village will be beautiful again, and there are many dreams to achieve.
